Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 4 sesame bagels (or poppy seed)
  • 150 g double cream fresh cheese

Instructions

    Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Quarter the bell peppers, clean them, rinse and cut into strips. Rub the meat and pepper with oil and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Rinse the arugula, shake dry and trim stems.

    Place the chicken and pepper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (gas: level 4‑5, fan: 200 °C) for 10 minutes. After baking, turn on the grill and cook everything for another 2–4 minutes, turning once.

    Slice the bagels and spread cream cheese on the bottom halves. Top with chicken strips, pepper, and arugula, then place the top halves on top.
