Pasta mit Thunfisch und Limettenzesten

Ingredients
- 400 g farfalle
- 400 g Tuna (sushi quality)
- 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 untreated limes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Cook the Farfalle according to package instructions in plenty of salted water.

While the pasta cooks, rinse the tuna, pat dry, coat with sesame seeds and season with pepper. Quickly sear all sides in hot oil until crisp. Remove and set aside.

First zest half a lime, then peel thoroughly and cut out the flesh into thin slices.

Sauté chili and garlic in the same pan, add butter, lime flesh and zest. Add slightly drained pasta (with some pasta water) and toss until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper, then plate.

Slice the tuna with a sharp knife into thin strips, sprinkle lightly with salt, arrange on top of the pasta and serve immediately.
