Pasta Gratin with Tuna

Ingredients
- 2 scallions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 250 g tuna (canned, in own juice)
- 500 g penne
- butter for the baking dish(es)
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 80 g grated parmesan

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat. Peel and finely chop the scallions and garlic; sauté them in hot oil until translucent in a pot. Add the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Drain the tuna, let it drain, then flake it with a fork. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until very al dente, then drain and set aside. Butter four small baking dishes (or one large).

Combine the pasta, sauce, and tuna; season again with salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs with parmesan and sprinkle over the top. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes to gratinate.
