Ingredients

  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • salt, pepper
  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 40 g grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Rinse the tomatoes and halve them. Clean the spring onions, rinse, and slice into rings. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the tomatoes for 1-2 minutes over high heat. Peel and press the garlic, add it to the pan with the spring onions. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm on the stove.

    Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Rinse basil leaves, shake dry, and pluck them from the stems. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Mix in the tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
