Pasta Banana Salad with Meatballs

- 250 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp fine oatmeal flakes
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp coconut shreds
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp finely chopped basil
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 100 g whole wheat pasta
- 2 Bananas
- 100 g young spinach
- 2 tbsp salted peanuts
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- Pepper
- 0.5 lemon (juice)

Wash raisins, pat dry and mix with the meat, egg, and oatmeal flakes. Add ½ tbsp coconut shreds, ½ tsp curry, basil, and ½ tsp salt; form walnut-sized balls and roll them in remaining coconut shreds. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the meatballs until crisp brown in 15 minutes. Cook pasta in 1½ l boiling salted water and drain. Peel bananas; slice one into thin rounds. Wash spinach thoroughly, drain, and cut into fine strips. Combine pasta with meatballs, banana slices, and peanuts in a bowl. Break the second banana into pieces and blend with sour cream, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Fold banana sauce with spinach strips into the pasta.
