Ingredients
- 250 ml red wine
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 piece lemon zest
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 50 g white candied sugar
- 2 small apples
- 500 ml Malven tea
- mint (for garnish)

Pour the red wine into a pot. Add the cinnamon stick, lemon zest, ginger powder and candied sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves. Quarter the apples, peel them, remove the cores and cut the apple quarters into strips. Add to the wine and let steep for 3-4 minutes.

Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon zest from the wine. Pour in the Malven tea and heat. Serve the mulled wine garnished with mint.
