- 150 g parmesan (fresh grated)

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Place a large round cookie cutter (~10 cm diameter) on parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread a thin, even layer of cheese inside it. Remove the ring and add more cheese portions onto the sheet in the same way.

Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts, bubbles vigorously and turns slightly golden brown. Immediately remove the sheet, let the Parmesan rings cool briefly, then lift the parchment paper and place the rings on a cooling rack to become crisp and firm.
