Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (roasted)

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove stems and seed, then dice finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a hot pan, sauté the pepper and garlic in butter for 4-5 minutes until lightly crisp. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and let cool. Mix in the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

    For serving, shape the mixture into four balls (using a large ice scoop works best) and sprinkle with sesame seeds before plating.
