Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 70 ml vegetable broth (from the jar)
- 1 tbsp paprika paste
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- paprika powder
Instructions

Peel and dice onions and garlic, then sauté in vegetable broth. Stir in paprika paste, salt, and pepper.

Halve the chili pepper, remove seeds, finely dice a portion, slice the rest into rings and set aside.

Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash and finely chop. Mix with the onion mixture and puree; strain through a sieve.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Whisk cream to half‑set consistency and fold in; sprinkle remaining chili rings on top.
