Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 0.5 TL salt
  • 2 TL baking powder
  • 150 g freshly grated Parmesan
  • 5 EL olive oil
  • 20 g basil
  • 2 EL pine nuts
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 12 paper cups (for the muffin tin)

Instructions

    Place the paper cups into the depressions of the muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Mix the flour with salt, baking powder and the cheese. Blend the oil with basil leaves and pine nuts, then stir in the buttermilk and egg. Quickly fold the dry mixture into the wet batter and fill the cups.

    Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly in the cups, then take out and allow to cool completely.
