Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Shallot
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 400 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the zucchini and bell pepper, halve them, remove seeds, and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Peel the shallot, halve it, and dice very finely.

In a pot bring the vegetable cubes with the broth and gelatin sugar to a boil for 4 minutes, season with vinegar, salt, and pepper, then transfer to a bowl.
