  • 1 bread roll (from yesterday)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • salt (pepper)
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • 4 large waxy potatoes
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch chives

    Heat clarified butter in a pan, add remaining vegetable cubes, and brown the patties on each side for 7 minutes. Wash the chives, slice into fine ribbons, and stir into crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Remove potatoes from foil, cut crosswise, and serve with patties and dip.
