Ingredients
- 500 g spiral pasta (e.g., fusilli)
- Salt
- 1 stalk leek
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 150 ml poultry broth
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Wash, trim and slice the leek into rings. Pat the chicken breast dry, cut into strips, then brown it in 2 tbsp hot oil on all sides. Add the leek briefly, deglaze with broth, pour in cream and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes. If needed, add a little more broth.

Stir in horseradish, crème fraîche, parsley, and drained pasta. Season with salt to taste and serve.
