Ingredients
- 2 Camembert rounds
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- fat for frying
- 200 g Raspberries
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Whisk the egg in a deep dish.

Place the breadcrumbs on another plate.

Preheat the fryer to 180°C (356°F).

Dip each Camembert round first in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry until golden yellow.

In a saucepan, combine raspberries and powdered sugar; let it simmer gently.

Whisk cornstarch with 1 tbsp water until smooth, add to raspberry mixture and cook for a few minutes while stirring.

Serve the baked Camemberts with dark baguette slices and raspberry sauce.
