  • 1 cup red bell peppers
  • iodized salt
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • Pepper
  • 1 onion

Instructions

    Clean the green or red bell peppers by removing stems, seeds, and membranes. Wash and finely slice them. Mix with iodized salt and let sit for a while, then squeeze out excess liquid and combine with vinegar, pepper, and oil to make the dressing. Optionally add the sliced onion.
