Ingredients
- 2 paprika peppers (1 red, green & yellow each)
- 2 red onions
- 1 head lettuce
- 200 g mild sheep cheese
- 4 tbsp wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Halve the paprika peppers, remove stems and seeds, wash them and slice into fine strips with a vegetable peeler. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings or shave them. Wash, trim, and roughly tear the lettuce leaves.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Crumble the sheep cheese over the salad. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt and pepper into a dressing and drizzle it over the mixture. Serve on plates with optional white bread.
