Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Papaya
- 12 shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 100 g unsalted peanuts
- 400 g snake bean
- 250 g soybean sprouts
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- light soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper

Wash the bell pepper, quarter it, remove seeds and cut into strips. Peel, seed and grate the papaya finely. Roughly chop the shrimp and peanuts.

Wash the beans, trim them and blanch in boiling salted water until al dente about 8 minutes. Sauté the shrimp in hot oil, then add the bell pepper, sprouts and beans and sauté briefly. Mix in the papaya and peanuts, season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Serve in pre-warmed bowls.
