Ingredients

  • 2 bundles of carrots
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 300 ml carrot juice
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp hot paprika powder
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Peel the bundles of carrots, leaving a bit of green on them. Cut each carrot horizontally in half and set aside for garnish.

    Quarter the bell peppers, clean and rinse them. Peel off the skin with a vegetable peeler, then cut into pieces. Blend the carrot juice with buttermilk and pepper pieces in a blender. Season with salt, pepper, and hot paprika powder.

    Pour the shake into glasses and sprinkle with carrot slices and sesame seeds before serving.
