Ingredients
- 50 g walnut kernels
- Pflücksalat
- 1 orange
- 75 g Parma ham (sliced)
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Maille Dijon mustard with honey (Maille au Miel)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Shallot
Instructions

Roast the nuts in a pan without fat and set aside.

Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, Maille au Miel and honey for the vinaigrette. Drizzle in oil slowly while whisking. Peel the shallot, dice finely and stir into the vinaigrette.

Clean, wash, dry, and tear the salad leaves into bite‑size pieces.

Peel the orange so that only the white pith is removed. Separate the segments from the membranes.

Arrange the salad, orange segments, and ham on a plate. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with vinaigrette. Serve with baguette bread.
