Ingredients
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 fresh red chilies
- 50 ml mild red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar

Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into fine dice.

Peel the garlic and finely chop.

Wash the chilies (remove seeds if desired for less heat) and finely chop. Combine bell pepper, garlic, and chilies in a small pot, add about 250 ml water, vinegar, lime juice, and sugar, bring to a boil and simmer gently uncovered for about 15 minutes.
