Ingredients

  • 2 small red bell peppers
  • 4 slices of cheese plate
  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp seasoned broth
  • 8 wooden skewers

Instructions

    Place the quark on a cotton cloth and squeeze out excess liquid, then stir in the chives and seasonings until smooth.

    Cut each bell pepper lengthwise in half, remove seeds, stem, and white membranes, wash and pat dry thoroughly.

    Spread the quark onto the halves and smooth it over.

    Carefully cut the quark-covered halves again in half and arrange them on a plate.

    Slice the cheese diagonally into triangles and attach one wooden skewer to each triangle.
