Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 bunch mixed herbs (chervil, dill, parsley, chives)
- 2 Spring Onions
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 1 tsp wheat germ
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 6 Radishes
Instructions

Halve the bell pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, wash and pat dry. Wash herbs, shake off excess water and finely chop.

Wash onions and slice into thin rings. Mix quark with herbs, onions, wheat germ, paprika powder and salt; spoon mixture into pepper halves.

Wash radishes, pat dry and slice thinly; arrange slices on top of the filled peppers.
