Ingredients
- 1 ripe papaya
- 3 tsp lime juice
- 2 slices pineapple
- 1 sprig mint
- ice‑cold mineral water
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Halve the papaya, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, quarter it, cut one quarter into thin strips and immediately drizzle with 1 tsp lime juice.

Blend the remaining papaya flesh with lime juice and pour into a glass.

Add pineapple pieces, top with mineral water, add ice cubes, and garnish with papaya strips and mint leaves.
