Ingredients

  • 4 lemon‑grass stalks
  • 100 ml clear apple juice
  • ice cubes (for the glasses)

Instructions

    Wash the lemon grass. Slice 2 stalks into thin slices, using only the lower, non‑woody parts. Boil the lemon‑grass slices with 400 ml water and let steep for about 10 minutes, then strain and chill in the refrigerator.

    To serve, fill glasses with some ice cubes, pour in the lemon‑grass tea, top with apple juice, and add the remaining lemon‑grass stalks.
