Ingredients

  • 200 g beef fillet
  • 200 green papayas
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 limes
  • 1 bunch lemongrass
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

    Cut the meat into thin strips. Finely chop the lemongrass. Peel the papaya and cut its flesh into ribbons.

    Peel the onions and slice them into fine rings. Squeeze the limes. Mix the rice vinegar, oyster sauce, lime juice and sugar to make a salad dressing.

    Combine the raw beef strips, onion rings and papaya ribbons, then pour the dressing over. Serve with krupuk on the side.
