Papaya Peach Smoothie

A protein-packed breakfast smoothie from Spoonsparrow: enjoy a refreshing blend of papaya and peach!
Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 0.5 small papaya
- 2 clementines
- 1 small Banana
- 3 tbsp delicate oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour (partially ground)
- 500 g soy-based quark alternative
- 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 6 ice cubes

Rinse the peaches with boiling water, cool them, then peel, halve and pit them. Peel, deseed and cube the papaya. Peel the clementines and separate into segments. Peel the banana and roughly cube it.

Mix oats and almond flour with the soy quark alternative and let sit briefly to soften. Combine all prepared ingredients with vanilla, maple syrup and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed, then pour into glasses and serve.
