Papaya-Mango Shake: A fruity shake packed with vitamins. This delicious drink made from papaya and mango delivers twice your daily vitamin C intake.

Ingredients

  • 300 g small ripe papaya (1 small ripe papaya)
  • 300 g small ripe mango (1 small ripe mango)
  • 125 g juicy oranges (1 juicy orange)
  • 100 ml cloudy apple juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Halve the papaya, remove seeds with a spoon, peel and cut the flesh into cubes.

    Peel the mango, slice around the pit and cube the flesh as well.

  3. 3.

    Cut the orange in half, squeeze out the juice and combine it with the apple juice in a blender.

  4. 4.

    Add the papaya, mango and ice cubes and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with 1-2 colorful straws if desired.
