Ingredients

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped herbs
  • 25 g each sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds
  • 1 Papaya
  • 1 large mango
  • 80 g soy sprouts
  • Endive salad
  • juice of one lemon
  • A pinch of salt (and cayenne pepper)
  • 1 tbsp pineapple jam

Instructions

    Mix cream cheese with the herbs. Shape into cherry-sized balls. Roll in sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Chill.

    Halve the papaya, remove black seeds. Peel and cut into pieces. Peel mango and slice flesh into strips from fibrous core. Rinse sprouts briefly and drain. Clean endive, rinse and dry by shaking.

    Whisk lemon juice with salt, cayenne pepper, and jam. Arrange endive with papaya, mango, and sprouts on a plate. Drizzle the citrus-pineapple sauce over. Serve together with cream cheese balls.
