Papaya Ice with Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 large Papaya (about 600 g)
  • 1 Lime
  • 80 ml Coconut milk

Instructions

    Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut it into large pieces. Place in a freezer bag and freeze.

    Squeeze the lime. Puree the frozen papaya with lime juice and coconut milk in a food processor or powerful blender to a creamy ice cream. To serve, scoop balls of Papaya Ice with Coconut.
