Vegan chocolate pralines with glaze are much healthier than conventional sweets and taste even better!
Ingredients
- 100 g dried dates (pitted)
- 50 g almonds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 20 g coconut oil
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions

Pulse dates, almonds and 1 tbsp cocoa powder in a food processor or powerful blender into a sticky mash.

Form 20 equal-sized balls from the mixture.

Melt coconut oil over low heat for the glaze, then remove from heat. Whisk in cocoa powder and maple syrup, roll the energy balls in this coating, and set them on parchment-lined tray (or refrigerate) to firm up.

Store vegan chocolate pralines with glaze in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
