The banana peanut ice cream from Spoonsparrow comes completely without added sugar!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 20 g peanut butter (1 tbsp)
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50 g dark chocolate (100% cocoa, no sugar)
  • 5 g coconut oil (1 tsp)
  • 30 g roasted peanuts (2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces, and blend with peanut butter and almond milk.

  2. 2.

Fill 6 ice molds, cover with lids, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours in a deep freezer.

  3. 3.

For serving, chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a double boiler. Stir in coconut oil and finely chop the peanuts.

  4. 4.

Release the ice from the molds by briefly running warm water over them and pulling out the stick ice.

  5. 5.

Dip each ice cube's tip briefly into the melted chocolate, remove, and immediately sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately or refreeze until ready to eat.
