(1)

Ingredients

  • 300 g nut mix (almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts)
  • 100 g dried figs
  • 100 g Dried Apricots
  • 1 tsp cloves powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ginger (ground)
  • 1 tsp coriander (ground)
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 50 g honey
  • 25 g baking cocoa
  • 4 baking sheets (ca. 20x12 cm)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Roast the nuts in a pan over medium heat while stirring until fragrant, then let cool and roughly chop. Cut figs and apricots into small cubes and mix with spices in a bowl, then add to the nuts.

  2. 2.

Stir honey into the prepared nut‑fruit mixture and fold in cocoa. Line a shallow pan (ca. 20x20 cm) with baking sheets, pour in the dough, and smooth it out. Cover with the remaining sheets, press firmly, and bake in a preheated oven at 140 °C (convection 120 °C, gas level 1) for about 40 minutes.

  3. 3.

Remove from the oven and let cool. Flip onto a plate, cut into pieces, and serve.
