Ingredients
- 300 g nut mix (almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts)
- 100 g dried figs
- 100 g Dried Apricots
- 1 tsp cloves powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp ginger (ground)
- 1 tsp coriander (ground)
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 50 g honey
- 25 g baking cocoa
- 4 baking sheets (ca. 20x12 cm)
Instructions

Roast the nuts in a pan over medium heat while stirring until fragrant, then let cool and roughly chop. Cut figs and apricots into small cubes and mix with spices in a bowl, then add to the nuts.

Stir honey into the prepared nut‑fruit mixture and fold in cocoa. Line a shallow pan (ca. 20x20 cm) with baking sheets, pour in the dough, and smooth it out. Cover with the remaining sheets, press firmly, and bake in a preheated oven at 140 °C (convection 120 °C, gas level 1) for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool. Flip onto a plate, cut into pieces, and serve.
