Ingredients

  • 500 g deep sea shrimp
  • 1 red chili pepper (fresh)
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 0.2 l olive oil
  • 0.2 tsp salt
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley

Instructions

    Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail on. Make a shallow cut along the back and carefully remove the vein. Wash the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Slice the chili pepper lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, wash it, then finely chop.

    Coarsely chop the parsley. Peel the garlic cloves and halve them. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, briefly sauté the garlic and chili pieces, then cook the shrimp for 5 minutes over high heat. Finally season with salt and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve with white bread.
