Ingredients

  • 600 g large shrimp (deveined and peeled except for the tail segment)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • chili powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt

Instructions

    Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Mix the garlic, chili powder (to taste), olive oil, and lemon juice; toss with the shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Remove the shrimp from the marinate and fry in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the remaining marinade, coriander leaves, and season with salt before serving.
