  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

Finely chop the bell peppers, peeled onions and garlic cloves for the salsa. Add tomatoes (with juice) and all other ingredients, stir until boiling, then season.

  2. 2.

Fill the sauce into hot-washed jars, seal and let cool. Let it rest for at least 24 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.

  3. 3.

Wash and finely chop cilantro. Peel and grate ginger. Peel and finely chop garlic. Mix coriander, lime juice, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and a pinch of salt well. Serve hot over salsa, garnished with lime zest, alongside fresh white bread.
