  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 80 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp green peppercorns (from jar)
  • 200 g heavy cream

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until half‑cooked.

    Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Heat butter in a tall skillet. Sauté potato slices and onion rings until golden brown. Deglaze with wine, add peppercorns, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour in cream, heat through, and serve immediately.
