Cucumber Fish Salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g longfish fillet
  • Salt
  • white pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 2 radicchio
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 jar (210 g net) mustard pickles
  • 2 sour apples
  • 2 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream liquid
  • 4 tsp medium hot mustard
  • 1 tbsp lingonberries

Instructions

    Cut the fish fillet into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a pan and lightly brown the fish cubes.

    Add lemon juice and steam uncovered for 5 minutes. Let cool.

    Clean, wash, and drain radicchio. Wash cucumber and slice into thin strips. Drain mustard pickles and optionally cut smaller. Wash apples, quarter and core them. Cut apples into pieces.

    Whisk mayonnaise with sour cream, mustard, and lingonberries. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Combine prepared salad ingredients and arrange on top of radicchio. Pour sauce over the top.
