Pan‑fried potatoes with spicy Spanish chorizo is a perfect after‑work recipe – quick to make, healthy, and evokes vacation vibes.

Ingredients

  • 750 g cooked potatoes
  • 200 g chorizo (spicy raw sausage)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • Cumin
  • 2 sprigs parsley

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. Remove the skin from the chorizo, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice into half‑rings. Peel the onions, halve them, and also cut into half‑rings.

    Heat butter in a large pan and lightly brown the potatoes. Add the chorizo, roast briefly, then add the onions. Brown everything well until fragrant. Season the pan‑fried potatoes with salt, pepper, and cumin, and cook a little longer.

    Before serving, wash the parsley, shake off excess water, finely chop it, and sprinkle over the pan‑fried potatoes.
