- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 50 g wheat flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 g yeast
- 250 ml lukewarm milk
- 2 tbsp liquid butter
- 3 eggs
- butter fat (for frying)
- 200 g Sour Cream
- Keta caviar
- dill (for garnishing)

Separate the eggs. Mix the flours together. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and stir with the liquid butter, yolks, and salt into the flour mixture; cover and let rise in a warm place.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the dough before baking.

Heat some butter fat in a pan, drop spoonfuls of batter, flatten slightly, and fry both sides until golden brown. Keep warm.

Serve on plates with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of caviar, garnished with dill.
