Ingredients
- 400 g Tofu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 300 g pak choi
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- basil for garnish
Instructions

Cut the tofu into bite‑sized cubes. Crush the chili peppers in a mortar and mix with soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil. Add the mixture to the tofu and marinate for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Separate the pak choi into leaves, wash, dry, and chop as needed. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain and season with salt and lemon juice.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat and fry the tofu for about 4 minutes until golden. Add the pak choi and stir‑fry briefly. Serve garnished with basil.
