Ingredients
- 8 oysters
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 5 slices white bread (crumbled, from yesterday)
- 5 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Sea salt
- lemon slice

Mix herbs and crumbled white bread finely. Combine with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more butter.

Place opened oysters, rinsed from brine, on a bed of sea salt (best in a baking dish or heat‑proof bowl). Grill under preheated grill or at 220°C upper heat for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately garnished with lemon slices.
