  • 12 oysters
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 apple
  • chervil for garnish

Instructions

    Open the oysters and separate the shellfish meat from the shells. Catch the released liquid and strain it through a sieve. Mix with the olive oil. Place the oyster flesh back into each half-shell. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice the quarters into thin strips. Distribute over the oysters and drizzle with the saltwater‑oil mixture.
