Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 2 dill sprigs
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp parmesan
- Lemon juice
- Sea salt
- pepper (ground)
- olive oil

Open the oysters and place them on crushed ice.

Pick off basil leaves and dill, finely chop. Blend with pine nuts, parmesan, and a splash of olive oil until smooth; let the oil incorporate to form a creamy pesto. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spoon a teaspoon over each oyster and serve immediately.
