Overnight Oats with Chocolate and Figs

Chocolatey breakfast delight with a gentle energizing effect – perfect for sleepy mornings! Overnight oats with chocolate and figs from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 1 piece dark chocolate (30 g; at least 70% cocoa content)
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes (75 g)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (10 g; strongly defatted)
  • 200 ml Oat Drink (Oat Milk)
  • 2 tbsp pistachio kernels (30 g)
  • 2 figs
  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs (10 g)

Instructions

    Chop the chocolate and mix with oat flakes, cocoa powder, and oat milk; refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

    On the next morning, roughly chop pistachio kernels. Wash figs, pat dry, and quarter them. Rinse mint, shake dry, and pluck the leaves.

    Divide the overnight oats into two bowls or sealable jars. Distribute figs and mint leaves on top. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and cacao nibs.
