Ingredients
- 300 g sour cream quark (40% fat)
- 80 g coconut milk
- 3 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 70 g mixed berries
- 10 g chopped almonds
Instructions

Whisk the quark with coconut milk and 2 tbsp flaxseed oil.

Rinse, dry, and pat the berries. Toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
