Quark Cream with Berries

Ingredients

  • 300 g sour cream quark (40% fat)
  • 80 g coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 70 g mixed berries
  • 10 g chopped almonds

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with coconut milk and 2 tbsp flaxseed oil.

    Rinse, dry, and pat the berries. Toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Divide the quark into two bowls, top each with berries, remaining flaxseed oil, and toasted almonds.
