Millet Porridge with Fruit and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 4 plums (or fruit of choice)
- 50 g millet
- 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp ground cinnamon)
- 1 vanilla bean (or ½ tsp vanilla powder)
- 250 ml almond milk
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- a handful of plums (or fruit as desired)
- walnuts
Instructions

Wash the plums, remove pits and cut into small pieces.

Bring millet with the vanilla bean pulp and a cinnamon stick in almond milk to a boil. Reduce heat and add plums. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.

Finally stir coconut oil and maple syrup into the millet porridge. Garnish with walnuts and fruit as desired.
