Overnight buckwheat with apple, grapes and nuts from Spoonsparrow is perfect as a healthy sirtfood breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 200 g buckwheat flakes
  • 15 g ground flaxseed (3 tbsp)
  • 30 g whole grain sugar (2 tbsp)
  • 400 ml oat drink (oat milk)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 dried dates (pitted)
  • 200 g red grapes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 50 g roasted cashew kernels
  • 40 g dark chocolate (min. 85% cocoa)
  • 200 g soy yogurt

Instructions

    Stir buckwheat flakes, flaxseed, 1 tbsp whole grain sugar with oat drink in a bowl and cover; refrigerate overnight to absorb liquid.

    On the next day wash, halve, core, and dice the apple. Slice dates into thin strips. Wash, halve, and pit grapes if necessary. Mix all fruit with remaining sugar and lemon juice. Roughly chop cashews and chocolate.

    Stir the overnight buckwheat again and divide into 4 glasses. Top with soy yogurt and fruit, then decorate with nuts and chocolate.
