Marinated Chili Pears

Marinated chili pears with tarragon yogurt: a quick dessert with sensationally low fat and calories, but great flavor.
Ingredients
- 0.5 Red chili pepper
- 0.5 Orange
- 2 tsp liquid lavender honey
- 300 g juicy pears (2 ripe pears)
- 300 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 stalk tarragon
Instructions

Pit, wash, and finely chop the half chili pepper.

Squeeze the orange halves and pour the juice into a bowl. Stir in the chopped chili pieces and honey.

Wash the pears, quarter them, and remove the cores. Slice the pears and arrange on two plates. Drizzle with the chili‑orange sauce and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the tarragon, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and finely chop them.

Whisk the yogurt and chopped tarragon in another bowl. Pour over the pears and serve.
