Ingredients
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 400 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti
- 300 ml passata
- 200 g frozen peas
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 150 g grated mozzarella (45% fat, in the package)

Peel and halve the onion, then slice into thin strips. Peel the garlic and dice finely.

Wash the baby spinach, shake off excess water, and place it in a baking dish. Break up the spaghetti and lay it over the spinach. Add passata, peas, onions, garlic, and olive oil, then pour in vegetable broth until the spaghetti is covered. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the oven spaghetti in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan; gas: level 2–3) for about 40 minutes. Then stir briefly and sprinkle grated mozzarella on top.

Return to the oven for an additional ~5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
