Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes (cooked)
- 1 bunch young spring onions
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tsp pepper (ground)
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions

Slice the potatoes into thin rounds and slowly fry them in 2 tbsp oil until golden‑yellow, seasoning with salt and pepper; add the sliced spring onions (up to 3 pieces) and transfer to a baking dish.

Wash and dry the salmon fillets, place them on top of the potatoes, and brush with a paste made from honey, paprika powder, pepper, curry, and oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C with fan‑circulation on the middle rack for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the spice crust has turned brown.
